East Coast Capital was founded in 1999 by Seth Fass. Starting as a local mortgage broker in Syosset, New York, East Coast Capital became an independent mortgage bank in 2009 and now employs over 200 mortgage professionals nationwide.  

Now headquartered in Melville, New York, East Coast Capital has 14 branch locations throughout the United States and is licensed to make loans in 38 states. We offer a wide range of loan products that suit every borrower’s needs, use state-of-the-art technology, and have in-house processing and underwriting teams that ensure loans close quickly.
