Meet Our Leadership Team

Seth Fass, President (NMLS# 6949) 

Seth founded East Coast Capital on Long Island back in 1999 as a small mortgage broker, operating with a small staff serving clients predominantly in the surrounding counties.

The company’s journey through the years has been filled with many adventures, from the real estate boom in the early and mid-2000s to the collapse of banking giants during the 2007–09 financial crisis. Despite the trials and tribulations in the real estate industry, East Coast Capital has always remained financially strong and has now grown to serve clients nationwide. The company’s commitment has always been, and continues to be, to provide clients with the outstanding service and support they require to complete their real estate transactions.

Whether you’re a new homebuyer with questions about an appraisal or retired and unsure about a reverse mortgage, East Coast Capital’s experienced loan officers are always available to provide the insight you need and deserve. Corey Winograd, Managing Director (NMLS# 1877242) 

Corey joined the Company as Managing Director in August 2019. He graduated from the NYU School of Law in 1990 and Binghamton University as Phi Beta Kappa in 1987. He has been a licensed attorney in New York since 1991, a licensed real estate broker in New York since 2014 and a licensed mortgage loan originator in Florida and New York since 2019. 

As Managing Director of East Coast Capital, Corey Winograd brings strategic vision and deep industry expertise to our leadership team. Corey plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s direction and ensuring its continued success in a competitive market. 

Corey’s comprehensive understanding of the mortgage industry and keen business acumen have been instrumental in establishing East Coast Capital’s reputation for excellence. He has focused particularly on creating organizational excellence among professionals who understand both the technical aspects of mortgage lending and the human element of the process. 

His approach to leadership is characterized by a combination of strategic vision and hands-on involvement. He maintains an open-door policy with team members at all levels, believing that good ideas can come from anywhere in the organization.  

Craig Greissman, Director of Sales & Growth Initiatives (NMLS# 60362) 

With nearly 25 years of experience in the mortgage and lending industry, Craig Greissman brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and strategic insight to his role as Director of Sales at East Coast Capital. Over the past three years, Craig has played a pivotal role in driving growth and supporting the success of our loan officers across the country. 

He is passionate about developing high-performing teams, streamlining sales processes, and mentoring professionals to reach their full potential while remaining a top producing mortgage loan originator. Craig’s deep understanding of the mortgage landscape, paired with his ability to foster strong relationships, makes him a trusted leader and a vital part of East Coast Capital’s continued expansion. 

Peter Browning, Operations Manager (NMLS# 40122) 

Peter is a seasoned mortgage industry professional with 30 years of experience, dedicated to making home lending a stress-free experience. As an executive leader, he excels in sales management, customer relations, and strategic networking. 
 
Believing in the power of personalized service, Peter focuses on educating and guiding clients through the complexities of mortgage transactions. His expertise spans various areas, including executive management, finances, and customer service. With a commitment to transforming daunting processes into seamless journeys, Peter is passionate about delivering exceptional results for every client. 

Jack Winograd, Director of Loan Operations (NMLS# 1984332) 

Jack joined East Coast Capital in 2020 and currently serves on the company’s Executive Team, where he plays a key role in shaping strategic direction and driving operational efficiency. He oversees the Funding and Post-Closing departments and is deeply involved in the day-to-day management of company operations. 

In addition to his leadership responsibilities, Jack continues to work closely with clients as a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator. He has a proven track record of helping borrowers navigate the mortgage process with confidence, and is known for his commitment to transparency, communication, and exceptional service — all of which are central to his approach both with clients and within the company. 

Before joining East Coast Capital, Jack was an Associate at RIPCO Real Estate in Manhattan. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Studies from the University of Michigan, along with a Minor in Business from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business. He is also a licensed real estate salesperson.

Joseph Poma, Controller (NMLS# 1611448) 

Joseph Poma serves as the Financial Controller at East Coast Capital, where he has played a key role in the company’s financial operations and strategic growth since joining in April 2019. With over a decade of experience in the mortgage industry, Joseph brings deep expertise in capital markets, financial oversight, and long-term performance planning. 

He holds a bachelor’s degree from St. Joseph’s College and a Master’s in Mathematics from Stony Brook University. Before transitioning into finance, Joseph spent seven years as a mathematics teacher, a background that continues to inform his analytical approach and attention to detail. 

Outside the office, Joseph finds his greatest joy in family life. He is a devoted husband and father of 2 who enjoys spending time outdoors with his children, often hiking, exploring nature and enjoying great coffee.
