Monika DeJesus

Monika Blanca DeJesus is a licensed mortgage loan originator for over 15 years with extensive experience working with first-time homebuyers, conventional, FHA, VA loans and Non-QM borrowers. She can also handle 203k rehabilitation loans and reverse mortgages for seniors. She has many skills that have been polished through years of experience in management and sales as well as through education. She has worked in various fields including college planning, and credit repair. The experience has provided her with invaluable knowledge to assist clients in these fields. She believes that a mortgage should be about building relationships and helping customers achieve their home financing goals, not just a transaction. Monika lives on Long Island NY with her husband William, two sons Edward and William, and her two dogs Jenny and Louie. She graduated from NYIT in 2006 with a BA in Business Management from NYIT. Monika received accolades, including being recognized as a member of the 2021, 2022, and 2023 UNMB Leadership team for outstanding sales performance and being mentioned in National Mortgage Professional Magazine’s “Top 40 Under Forty Most Influential Mortgage Professionals” issue.
