He is very responsive and even returns my text in the middle of the night which is not expected. I would highly recommend using him. From start to finish the entire refinance timeline was about 3 weeks. John was so accommodating and walked me through everything. He even was able to get a lower rate and was able to work with me on the closing cost. The best part of the entire transaction was I never had to leave my house. Everything was done on the computer or cellphone and the closing was even done at my house after 6 pm. The overall experience working with John was excellent from start to finish.
